Had a "meh" day at work....
training:
front squat: 135x3,3 185x1 225x3
Squat 225x5 275x5 315x5 365x5 --wooo!!!! matches all-time PR for 5
GM: 245x10 265x10 285x10 --only a few more weeks with this
bent row, rest pause on bench: 295x5,5,5,5
decline situp with 35lb plate: 12 reps
This was a good session. 20lb jump on the squat from last week, but I did it out of general spite. Will resume 10lb jumping next week.
diet:
2 serv ON Complete 200 cal 70g protein
4 serv ON 100% Casein 480 cal 92g protein
1.77lb 93% lean sirloin: 162.8g protein 1203 cals
.96lbs turkey-beef: 80g protein, 680cals
2 cups frozen strawberries: 150 cals
total cals: 2713 --not too bad, try and cut it down to 2200 for the rest of the week
total protein: 402.8 -- !!!!!
OK, cals are ok for after 2 heavy days, but I need to drop it down
