left knee (problem knee) a little stiff, stretched out calf a ton, feels better now. tomorrow should work out the kinks
#1 Gripper: 61 reps per hand in 15 minutes. Left hand definitely weaker than right.
Next gripper day is saturday, where I hit the #2. Thursday will be pinch and wrist
