push press: barx5,5 135x3,3 155x2 185x2 205x2 225x1 245x1 260x12x2 --not gonna lie, this is startin to get hard.
hang power clean: did 1 single at 255 and bailed. getting some overreaching signals.
Bagged the rest. Still gunning for that 455x5 squat.
diet: good. Real good.
