cardio: 40 minute walk, very fast pace.

diet:

1. .5lb ground sirloin with ~2oz cheese
2. .5lb ground turkey
3. salad bar chicken breast (about 1/2lb) with shredded cheese and a dash of bacon for flavor (microwaved to melt the cheese. Yum. Might get this tomorrow)
4. .5lb turkey breast and couple more ounces of cheese (forgot to eat this at work... appetite is going down)
5. No meal 5, lots of water

grip: forgot. (saturday will be grip day then)


Stuff I need to get:

1. headstrap, loading pin, giant carabiner for KB, Rolling Thunder, some MILO's

2. resupply Casein from DPS

3. Whey protein from Bob's 1st choice Nutrition if they have the strawberry

4. Beer: Modelo Negro if I can find it, otherwise Tecate

5. Some new shirts maybe
