squats: barx5,5 135x5 185x3 225x2 255x2 275x12x2 --7-11'th sets were TEH AWESOME!!!! These seriously felt great
front squat: 225x2 275x2,2,2 225x5
bench press: barx15 135x5 185x3 225x1 255x1 275x1 295x10x1 --not bad... pace was pretty good but not "sets on the minute". I gotta get a stopwatch
bent row: 255x3x8
decline situps: 35x20 (owie)
diet:
1. .5lbs ground sirloin
2. 4 serv nitrean
3. .5lb ground silroin with spinach
4. 4 serv nitrean
5. .5lbs ground beef (waited till post workout)
6. nondescript amount of ON casein and heavy cream
nitrean is starting to wear on me
tomorrow will be increased calories, but sticking with mostly protein + fat (no pizza or candy or shit)
beer if I happen to teleport myself to a bar, but that's not liekly
