Squat: barxmeh 135x5 185x3 245x5 285x5 335x5 375x5 --killed it...
while warming up on bench: split squat: 25x8 right, 3x8 left
bench press: worked up to 265x2 paused. Fuck long pause, all it does is pump my pecs up. 245x8x3 regular, pretty easy, last set was fast
rack RDL: 365x5 395x5 415x5 435x5
kelso shrug on t-bar: 2 plates + 25 x 3x10 ---MUCH easier than last week. cool!
decline situp: 35x15, rest plate on stomach while resting, 35x8, 8 (abs almost cramped)
diet:
1. .6lbs ground sirloin
2. 4 serv Nitrean
3. .6lbs ground sirloin, 1.5 cups greens
4. 4 serv Nitrean
5. 1/4 lb string cheese, 1 turkey brat
6. .6lbs ground beef
