SNOW? FUCK YOU, WEATHERMAN!!!

I am sick of this weather!!! AAGGHHH!!!


Cardio:

walk-jog intervals for about 40 minutes. Lower legs tired (shins). I will adapt....

Grip:

#1 for 80 reps in 20 min.

Diet:

1. 2 cans tuna
2. 3 serv Nitrean
3. .6lbs ground sirloin, greens
4. 3 serv ON Casein w/ flax and benefiber
5. same as 3, with a 1/2lb of ground turkey added


Good.

Notes:
due to impending snowstorm may have to do alternative cardio wed. and thurs.
