Fucking slept for shit Tuesday night, no idea why
COLD outside whihc pissed me off. I went for cardio in my shorts anyway, fuck it. Just means my body burns more calories trying to avoid hypothermia
Training:
Cardio, 20m fast walk in COLD!!!
weights at night as usual:
push press: barxwhatever 135xwhateverxwhatever until it felt right then 155x2 185x2 205x2 225x2 255x1 275x1 295x1 305x1 315xMISS FUCK!!! 275x1,1,1,1
-- 225 was ungodly fast so I took a weight for the hell of it. Had some angst brewing anyway.... Even the first 275 popped right up. As a result of this I'm adding partial push presses.
hang power clean: 135x2,2 155x2 185x2 205x3 225x3 245x2 265 miss --strapped up for these. This sux because I can't rack it properly. Fuck straps and Fuck Reps, then...
continuing: 225x1,1,1,1 245x1 255x1 265xmiss (just tired here, no reason I can't get 265 if I'm doing 7 doubles with 245!)
lat pulldowns: 3 sets while talking to the Monday Night Benchers who are conspicuously absent since discovering the Promised Land.... err I mean the gym at Bellin Health
I gotta think about what I want to do here....
