MONDAY 3/26

took a personal day. I really REALLY needed to fucking unwind. Jayzus.

squats: barxmeh 135x5,3 (paused) 185x3(Paused) 225x2 255x1 285x5 310x5 (rushed the rest here) 335x5 360x5 (felt good here) 385x5 --last rep was hard, but I think I might have collapsed a bit at the bottom? --this feels like 375 felt last go-round. No real psyche, which I did have when I did 385 4 weeks ago. I will have to flip the crazy switch next Monday.

bench press: barx10 135x5 185x3 225x2 245x1 265x5x5 --spread the rests a bit, and suprisingly made every rep with power to spare! SWEET!

bent row: 275x5x5 --this was hard. 1 more week, damn it!!!

this week: Special attention will have to be given recovery. Here's what I'm going to do:

1. long shower and stretch before bed
2. stretch in the am after cardio
3. bump protein up post workout (87g in my shake)
4. bump breakfast protein
5. continue to TRACK calories. MUST stay below 3500
6. get serious about morning cardio and night cardio on off days. May try to do 3 cardios on Saturdays. (most of this is just walking, with some jog intervals added as I go)
7. extra vitamins and fish oil
