Tuesday night took a 2o minute walk. Cold outside
Wednesday:
press (cleaned): up to 195x5x5 --not bad
squat: up to 285x5x5 -gonna reign in progress on the wednesday workouts. Don't want it to negatively impact Friday sessions
rack RDL: 395x5x5 --longer rest is mandatory. Short rests will kill me!
pullup machine: only using 4 plates worth of assistance 3x3 --fucking hard! shit....
lat pulldowns: 80x12,10,8 --used different bar, wide parallel grip bar...
Good workout!
