SUNDAY MARCH 18
hang power clean: barxmeh 135x3,3 155x2 185x2 205x1 225x1 245x6x2 --shit yes, these felt great!
push press: 135x5,3 155x2 185x2 225x1 245x1 265x6x2 --again, good.
pullup machine: 12 reps (PR. now once a week I will go one plate "heavier" and do more reps with that)
pulldowns: 2 sets at 80, fucked up the rep count so "I don't remember"
good start to week 2
my stomach still feels "off" from last night as well. And I stank up the gym with my metabolized alcohol sweat! HAHA!
