tomorrow I see 300!! YES!!!

decided to a: bag on squats to rest up some more and b: try my hand at some flat benching to use instead of inclines

bench press: 135x5 185x5 225x2 275x2 315x2 335x1 (miss 2). Matches PR from 04. Great...

goal: 315x5!

so now I'm basically doing the "madcow" 5x5 as planned with an extra hang clean-push press day

1 day till go time!
