THURSDAY 2/22

Shit day at work. Actually worked from home at night, so I bagged the grip work :(

FRIDAY 2/23

Took a half day after resolving the issue du jour and trained at about 1:30 PM:

some douche was doing quarter squats in the squat rack so rather than wait, I just did this:

power clean and push presses (floor): 135xmeh 155x2 185x2 205x2 225x8x2 225x4 cleans only

cleans with 225 felt nice, never in doubt. hard to PP after cleaning, however.

front squat: 135x3 185x1 225x1 245x2,2
squat: 245x2 315x3x5 --could have done more sets, BUT, I was running on empty (did not have my customary solid meal before lifting) and some guys were waiting to squat. Seeing as I was not in my regular time slot I deferred. Too bad they didn't squat to parallel....

machine pullups: 1 set of 8

Diet for Thursday was the same as WEdnesday

Diet for Friday was the same... except I ended up drinking a ton at a work party. BUT I didn't eat any junk so I'm still rollin'.
