Happy Hump Day

WEDNESDAY 3/14

press: 135x5,5 185x5x5 --yada yada yada. Each set cleaned

squat: 135x5 225x3 275x5x5 --this weight has felt easier than it has in a long time

Rack RDL: 315x1 365x5x5 --this was easy overall, but very hard to keep arched. felt it in the muscles in the small of my back. Good. I get 5 bills on this for 5x5, I'm in PR city

pulldowns: 80x12,12,10 --had enough here. Kickin it up a notch for friday. need to try the Shaf band exercise.

aside from douches talking on cell phones between sets, and Gerald MacRaney lookalikes shaving their necks (WTF!!!) in the locker room, it was a good session
