TUESDAY 3/27

Cumulative fatigue is kicking in, for sure. Back feels "pumped". I have decided to forge ahead. If I make it through next Monday, I'm home free!

grip:

1-hand wrist curl with junk bar: 4-5 sets of 10 each hand

#2 gripper for some singles
#1 for a few sets of 5 (this was all spread out over the evening)

band GM's: 2x20 green band to try and get some blood in there.

some "cardio" but no real CARDIO. *sigh*
