ketosis report: definite ketosis this afternoon. constant small headache, mental "fuzziness", strip turned light purple (at least 15mg/DL) Looking to keep this up as long as I can. I needed some caffeine to get through the workout tonight. Makes me sweat like a pig. I'm getting the usual weight loss comments now. Won't stop till women are throwing themselves at me... HAHA!
