MONDAY APRIL 23

Well, I have little to show for my dieting efforts over the weekend. Similar thing as LAST weekend. And now I will have a party to go to on May 5.

Tonight:

Squats

barx5 135x5 185x3 225x1 265x5 315x5 355x5 395x5(PR) --felt good for more.

bench press: warmups to 225x1 then 250x8x3, probably more sets than that since I lost count. No more than 2 sets though judging by the time I spent benching.

during bench, bulgarians: 25x10 right, 25x3x10 left

rack RDL: 365x5 395x5 425x5 445x5

kelso shrug: 2pl + 25 x 3x10

decline bench situps: 35x10,10,10 (alt. with shrugs)

diet:

1. 2 cans sardines, 2 pieces cheese
2. .5lb ground chuck
3. .5lb ground chuck
4. .5lb ground sirloin wiht 2 oz. cheese
5. .5lb ground chuck, 1/4lb cheese. (maybe too much fat today)

I'd be in ketosis by now if it weren't for the damn potatoes.
