front squat: 135x3 185x1 225x1 245x5x2 --bleh. need to add weight :(
pulldown: 80x12,10,8 60x10 --huge pump in the lats
didn't feel like heavy pBNs, so...
PBN: 95x12,12,8 --more pumpiliscousness
curl: 95x8,8 --I hate curls
Felt pretty good about this. Front squats got pretty on the 4th heavy set. Will do some more on Friday before the back squats. It'll click soon and I'll be back up to 3 plates a side before this year is half over. Then, THEN it's on to 365 and 4 plates.
