hang power clean: 255x10x1 (wiht one bonehead miss) --good

machine assist pullups: 12,10,10

barbell curl: 135x3x3 alternate with
decline bench situp 35x10,10,10

Diet:

1. .5lbs ground sirloin
2. 4 serv Nitrean
3. 5lbs ground sirloin + 1 cup greens
4. 4 serv Nitrean
5. .5lbs ground sirloin
6. 3 cans sardines, 2 scoops whey (post workout)

Ketosis report: In ketosis by lunch, maintained till after work. Felt fuzzy with a slight headache unless I ingested caffeine. Tea stash at work will be used up.

I am thinking that ketosis isn't going to get any stronger, so until I give Kekwick a whirl I'll have to settle for just above trace levels. But we'll see.....
