MONDAY MARCH 19

Squats: barxmeh 135x5 185x3 225x3 285x5 305x5 325x5 345x5 365x5 --killed it!

bench press: barx10 135x5 185x3 205x3 225x1 245x5x5 --got tough, but I kept the rest periods pretty short. Gonna have to lengthen them as the weight gets heavier

bent row: 265x5x5 --tough. Might have to drop the pulldowns on Sundays...

decline bench situp: 35x12

good workout, but I gotta steel myself for when it starts to get hairy...
