No morning cardio: post-squat malaise still a factor. Fuck it.
PM Cardio: abou 20-25minutes, walk halfway, then do some jog intervals on the way back. I seem to be adapting already. Gradually up the time. Just acclimate to running. Remember not to "clomp" the feet
Grip: #1 gripper for close to 100 reps in 20 minutes --lost copunt cuz I was watching Frontline. First few sets of 10 were iffy, switched to fast 5's and got 'er done
diet:
1. .6lbs ground sirloin 1 piece string cheese
2. 4 serv Nitrean
3. .6lbs ground sirloin, 1 piece string cheese, 1 cup greens (shitty sale greens suck balls, had to wash them)
4. 4 serv Nitrean
5. .6lbs ground sirloin
6. 2 pieces string cheese
7. the rest (4 pieces) string cheese
notes:
sirloin amounts are approximate, packs range from 1.6 to 1.8 lbs, variance is .4 to .6lbs
Registered ketosis again when I got home from work (yay!), but unable to repeat with 4 subsequent tests (fuck!). No siginficant carbs at all, so my only guess is urine dilution cuz I did drink a goodly amount of water. I need to go back to testing once per day so I don't become obsessed and react emotionally to results.
After some more reading of Lyle McD posts, I am confident that high pro, near zero carb, mod fat is the the way to go for me. High fat results in heartburn and too many calories
