push press: up to 265x7x2
pullup machine: 10 reps, 5 reps.
rough at teh beginning of each lift, but I hit a groove towards the end. One more week then I can deload.
some kid asked me for a spot then talked my fucking ear off. Didn't throw me out of my groove, for which I am grateful. It was like talking high school football with Upstone, fucks sake. The amount of bullshit I otherwise had to deal with today was RIDICULOUS. This needs to STOP.
I fucked off the diet for today and got a pizza for supper. Everything else should be in good order. I'm not looking forward to eating beef or fish 6x a day, but I want to see if going all "real food" for a bit with added cardio will net me some more progress. I can get off the wagon for a few minutes at a time but I gotta jump back on right away!
