long week.... fuck

squat: barxmeh 135x5 185x3 225x2 255x1 275x12x2
front squat: 225x2 275x2,2,2 245x5

bench press: barx10 135x5 185x3 205x1 225x1 245x1 285x1 315x10x1 --warmups felt heavy again. (after 245). 315 felt heavy for the first few then I really clicked with the setup and squeezing the shit out the bar. Nice.

bent row: 265x3x8 --hard. Bench actually tired my upper back a little. AFter this cycle I'm going to expermient with seated rows to collarbone level (sorta like a face pull) or whatever works the upper upper back the most. That would be done on Mondays

decline situp: 35x20

must focus on recovery this weekend. 2 weeks to go!
