push press: 135xmehxmeh 155x2 185x2 205x2 225x2 255x7x2 --speed sucked on the first 2 sets, got muhc better as I went. Gotta get more consistent. It'll come with practice

hang power clean: 135x3,3 155x2 185x1 215x1,1 235x9x2 --oh yeah....

close grip incline: barxmeh 135x5 225x1 255x5 (smooth) 225x5,5 --this was good. Up 10 next week.

machine pullup: 9 reps

pulldown: 80x12,8,8,8

done. Pretty good. push press is a mindfuck, I think. Gotta get 100% bar contact in the rack position.
