Thus the cycle ends....

hang power clean: 225x6x2

squat: warmups, 295x12x2 --these were AWESOME!!!

front squat: 2,1,3,5 x 225 --hard to find a groove. did it on the last 2 sets. Will do 5's next cycle as planned.

bent row: 275x3x8

alternate with left leg extesnions. I'm able to use twice the weight I was in January.
