work ran way long, so no cardio. No morning cardio because of usual post-training tiredness

Diet:

1. .5lbs ground turkey, 2 serv ON Casein

2. 2 serv ON casein

3. about 1lb of salad chicken from Festival, cheese to "garnish".

4. .5lb ground beef, 4oz. cheese w/pan fried mushrooms, a few cups of greens

I could stand to eat another meal, but it's too close to bedtime and I just cleaned the kitchen...

My Nitrean comes tomorrow, which is cool

man I'm sore today....

Fucking slept for shit Tuesday night, no idea why

COLD outside whihc pissed me off. I went for cardio in my shorts anyway, fuck it. Just means my body burns more calories trying to avoid hypothermia

-- 225 was ungodly fast so I took a weight for the hell of it. Had some angst brewing anyway.... Even the first 275 popped right up. As a result of this I'm adding partial push presses.

hang power clean: 135x2,2 155x2 185x2 205x3 225x3 245x2 265 miss --strapped up for these. This sux because I can't rack it properly. Fuck straps and Fuck Reps, then...

continuing: 225x1,1,1,1 245x1 255x1 265xmiss (just tired here, no reason I can't get 265 if I'm doing 7 doubles with 245!)
