FRIDAY MAY 11

Thursday: no cardio, no grip. Fucking wiped. Jacked the cals up a bit. Slept like shit for some reason. Dragged ass till about noon at work. Today (friday)

squat: barxmeh,meh 135x3,5 185x3 225x2 255x1 285x12x2 --fucking first sets were torturously slow. I don't know what it is, but I started clicking after set 4 or so. This pisses me off.

Front squat: 225x2 275x2,2,2 255x5 275 felt better

bench press: barx10 135x5 185x4 225x1 265x1 295x1 325x8x1 --7 and 8 were real slow, and I was risking a miss so I cut it short. MIGHT have had 10, shit WOULD HAVE had 10 if I took 5 minute rests, but I was behind on time anyway.

bent row: 275x3x8 --mother fuck this is tough

abs: decline situp 35x15

band pullaparts with green band at home many sets.

One. More. Week. Benching kicked ass. I already have a plan in the works for the next heavy cycle. Gonna be only four weeks. Need to decide if it starts 6/11 or 6/4. Dont' wanna wait too long, but I don't wanna be too deep in it by Graduation.
