bent row: 245x3x8

abs: decline situp 35lbs x 15

bench plan:

Monday: long pause BP 7-8 sets of 3 (add 10lbs per week, starting at 255?)
Friday: regular BP, 5 sets of 3 starting with top 5 weight, warmup with singles (e.g., 225 255 275 then 295x3's). Keep form tight!

I'm basically going to work on trying to trick my body into handling either more weight or more workload continuously for 6 (well, 5 now) weeks

diet:
1. 3/4lbs turkey-beef mix (lean)
2. 4 serv. Nitrean
3. .5lb ground sirloin
4. 4 serv. nitrean
5. (late, PW) 1lb. turkey-beef mix
6. 2 serv ON Casein with 4 tbsp. cream (upping fat intake as experiment)

I tested for ketosis yesterday and today and I'm pleased to report that I seem to have breached the 5mg/dl barrier. I was usually between "trace" and "none" before this. I'm going to keep zero carbing over the weekend if I can (depending how I feel after Sunday's workout) until I start to go flat. I need to find a carb-up level where I can stay in or regain ketosis in 12hrs or less.

An experiment I wish to carry out is the Kekwick Fat Fast over a weekend, to see if I can jumpstart after the BeerFest debauchery

Thursday 4/12
