felt blah and down. Friday Blues, I guess.
I've taken to drinking a cup of tea with a Goody's before every workout now. I actually need it.
squat: barx3,5 135x5 185x3 225x2 265x1 285x12x2 --first set was rough, got better, everything up to set 10 was fucking awesome!!! 11 and 12 were there, but I was feeling it. Recycling next week to keep the cycle alive.
front squat: 225x2 275x2,2,2 235x5
bench press: barx10 135x5 185x2 225x1 245x1 285x1 305x10x1 --warmups felt heavy so I was scared that dieting is fucking my bench strength. Fears unfounded as soon as I did the first 305 single. Made 10 with room to spare. 3 plates for 10 singles should go, but may have to start cutting back at 325. Will surely get 335 (or more, maybe) for 5 singles before I have to switch up bench training
bent over rows: 255x3x8 --first set hard, second set better, third set best since I faced away from the mirror (did these by the squat rack) used the same weight as alst week. no point in rushing gains in this...
decline bench situps: 35x20
pretty fucked after this.
diet:
1. .75? lbs ground sirloin
2. 4 serv nitrean with fiber and flax oil
3. same as 1
4. half of what would be same as 1
5. other half, plus can of sardines
6. Post workout: 2 scoops whey (50g pro) with one can of sardines
7. gorged on the last of my Casein with a 1/4 pint of heavy cream (about 6-6.5 scoops powder, didnt' get it all down cuz some stuck to side of blender.... need to order more)
