squats: 135x5,3 185x3 225x3 265x5 285x5 305x5 325x5 345x5 --not bad, but more volume for a heavy day than I'm used to. Was only doing 4 work sets previously. Spread out the intensity 6% between sets
bench press: barx10 135x5 185x3 225x5x5 --paused. Very strict, straightline groove. made it as hard as possible since this is light weight to start
Bent row: from floor 255x5x5 --worked the back pretty hard
decline situp: 35x12
not bad.
Diet not bad either. Still gotta put down my thoughts on the Venuto book
