squat: 225x5 275x5 325x5 375x5 --didn't feel warm enuf on the 275. Too much talk. crap. 375 felt good, but last rep was kinda hard. Up 10 next week!
Good Morning: 265x10 285x10 305x10 --hard. Only up 10 next week
bent row rest pause on bench: 305x4x5 --might recycle next week, or do 315. Don't know yet.
decline situp: 35lbs x 15

1-3: 8 total servings of ON 100% casein 960 calories 184g protein
4: 1.5lbs 80% lean ground chuck: 1824 calories 168g protein
5: 1 serving ON Complete Strawberry 200 calories 35g protein
total calories: 2984 --whoops....
protein: 387g --OK
Now I feel dumb for buying that 80% lean just cuz it was on sale.... I got a lot of it though. Heh... I'm kinda stuck now
