Weekend of April 14-15
Mother Fucker.
Coworkers conned me into a few beers. Thankfully it wasn't a drunk, but still I was pissed. And I missed my last two meals (was on a very good track then). Worth it though (it usually is, like 90% of the time)
Sunday. Well it gets worse. Plan was to lift in the AM before mom and dad came up for brunch with sister. No dice due to not getting in until 2 fucking thirty! So I decide to lift in the garage in between brunch and the Divine Mercy Sunday church thingy. Find out confession is only between 1-2, which leaves me no time to lift. Pissed off, but this came as a sort of blessing. I am going to stick to 3x a week for a while to see if going 4x a week hawdkawh! was the cause of my crash/burn a few weeks ago.
Compounding the problem, I discover my mom planned to make pizza. A terrorist could have a rusty knife to my throat, yet I would still, out of love for my mother, eat her homemade pizza. So a diet doesnt stand a chance.
I ate some extra protein before bed in the form of turkey brats and cheese (bad? dunno.)
The horse is waiting and I am back on starting as of.... now. (oh, lots of water to drink before I go to bed....)
tomorrows diet will be solely beef and nitrean, probably. Not checking for ketosis until possibly Tuesday afternoon. I REALLY need to get back on the cardio horse also and acclimate myself to running.
Schedule this week:
Monday: squat heavy 5, paused 3's in bench, heavy 5 in rack RDL plus one leg squats and back work.
Tuesday: light cardio am, jog/walk intervals PM, much stretching
Wednesday:
speed push press: 240x9x2 --if flying, work up otherwise fuck it
hang power clean: 255 for the singles on this day now
lat work, abs, grip, whatever
Thursday: light cardio only
Friday:
speed squats
front squats
bench
rows
abs
Saturday:
"red headed stepchild day"
cardio at the gym, pulldowns, curls, wacky ab shit, light cleans, one arm pressing, nothing too strenuous, work weak links and work out kinks. If beat, stay the fuck home and take a walk. If just feeling "ok" swing a KB while watching TV
oh, and jog/walk at night
