1. .5lb ground sirloin with a few oz sharp cheddar
2. 4 serv. nitrean
3. .5lb chicken
4. .5lb ground sirloin
5. same as 1
6. 2 scoops whey, then .5lbs chicken (post workout)

training for Tuesday:

20 minute walk (legs sore from squats, so didn't run. Will try and get up to run tomorrow)

diet:

1. .6lbs ground sirloin
2. 4 serv Nitrean with 4tbsp cream
3. same as 1
4. .5lbs chicken
5. soon after, 2 turkey brats, 1/4 lb cheese

pulled down to the last notch of my belt without trying. Pants are bunching up bad at the top. May have to go shopping soon...

Monday 4/30

squats: barxmeh 135x5 185x3 225x3 255x1 285x5 325x5 365x5 415x5 --exertion headache forced me to abort the 415, had to re-rack after walking out. Went back, breathed, cracked my back (mid-upper back) and got back under the bar. 435 next week

bench press: usual warmups, then 255x8x3
between benching: bulgarians 25x10,10,5,5, two sets of 5 righty

rack RDL: 365x5 395x5 425x5 455x5 --this is starting to get hard. No doubt though, no doubt.

kelso shrug: 2 plates + 25 x 3x10 --getting easier

superset with decline situps 35x12,10,10
