front squat: barxmeh 135x3 185x2 225x2 255x5x2 --same as last week, first set is always dicey. Gotta get my head out of my ass....
pulldown: 80x12,10,10,8
PBN: 95x12,12,10 --actually harder than last week....
Not writing down diet for today. I ate extra meat instead of another damn protein shake. I'm almost out again anyway. Guess I order some more
